The French fashion house, Balenciaga, recently divulged the arrival of its Fall 2021 campaign, and it came with a rather unanticipated revelation. Turns out, Justin Bieber’s reported trip to Paris last month, where he was spotted hand in hand with his wife, Hailey Bieber, devouring croissants in the City of Lights, and rendezvousing with President Emanuelle Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, was more than an innocent excursion.
Balenciaga’s creative director, Demna Gvasalia has taken a lot of bold steps this year in finding new ways to re-establish its brand identity, marking Justin Bieber being the new face of the brands’ latest campaign yet another one of them, as unveiled on Maison’s social media. It appears as though Hailey isn’t the only model in the family!
The Peaches singer was captured by American art photographer Katy Grannanin in an empty garage, dripped down in an oversized leather bomber, with a white t-shirt underneath, and tapered sweatpants. The fit was paired with the house’s new Asics sneaker collaboration and the brand’s signature matte-black City tote in hand. The look screams quintessential Balenciaga: elevated athleisure and distinctive silhouettes.
Bieber starred alongside a host of famous cast, including French actress Isabelle Huppert, who recently wore a Balenciaga gown to the premiere of Everything Went Fine at the Cannes Film Festival, teasing her stance in the newest campaign of the brand. Huppert hit the Croisette in a long-sleeve, form-fitting, and classic black dress.
